Tips to keep romance in a long distance relationship?

Hello all.


My girlfriend moved about 2 hours away from me, and I will have the chance to visit her every other weekend, for the entire duration of the weekend. We both just started University(thats why she moved away).





I'm not the most creative guy so I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me? I've got a few already, but more would be great. I need these to last for a longg time :)





-Have flowers delivered.


-Write letters.


-Send a movie.





Thats all I can think of at the moment. This girl is perfect for me, we've been dating for 8 months now. I want to marry this girl after we get our degrees!

Tips to keep romance in a long distance relationship?
My bf and I lived 2 hours apart as well. Some things that he did was show up unannounced with flowers, call me and ask what I was having for supper than say he was going to join me. One time he drove up to see me only for a couple of hours and turned around that night and drove back home.


Of course some of these might not be possible with both of you going to school.





Anything that you do would be fine, as long as she knows that you are making an effort to spend time with her.





That's what mattered to me the most and now we're married.
