Has anyone had a Problem with 1-800-Flowers?

I put an order to be delivered on Valentines Day and the order was never delivered. I sent an email the very next day, and to this date I have not received a response...this is the worst customer service ever..What should i do??

You know what I had the same problem last year..this is a terrible company I called and kept asking to speak to a supervisor but they never did..anyway we should spread the word about this company it just plain sucks...check this web sites out they all complaint about the same stuff...

Reply:I had a problem with them two years ago. I put in an order and it arrived late. The best thing for you to do is to call customer service and speak to someone who works there and let them know what happened. More than likely, they will probably refund your order for the full amount or give you a coupon to take a certain dollar amount or percentage off of your next order.
Reply:Call them and complain. They are the worst ever. Last Valentine's day my husband ordered from them and I got the delivery a day late with half dead flowers.
