Flowers for wife on Valentine's- have them delivered or hand it to her myself?
I work at a flower shop and though hand delivering them yourself can be sweet, having them delivered by a courier not only suprises her more but especially if she is at work or some where were there are co-workers and such it makes her feel even more special. And it will get her thinking about how great you are. And truthfully most women dream of having flowers romantically delivered to them.
