Are you suppose to tip when someone delivers you flowers?

NO

Are you suppose to tip when someone delivers you flowers?
This is a tough one. It depends on who's getting them. I've ordered stuff for my husband and I always tip because it's delivered to ME. But if I'm ordering for a family member out of state, I don't have the opportunity because I don't know who's actually delivering them!
Reply:I don't think you have to. You are already paying delivery charges. Isn't that enough? But, I guess it's up to you.
Reply:I delivered flowers while in college for two years. It was a great job as everyday you made someone's day. However I did not receive a single tip. The flower shop that I worked for said it is not the norm in the industry to tip as the recipient was not the one who paid for the flowers.
Reply:Yes, it would have been nice, but it is not required. When you are uncertain about when and when not to tip, think as if it were you on the other end!

;)
Reply:NO! The flowers have already been paid for... and we all know how expensive flowers are.
Reply:Tip someone only if they do extra. Ringing the doorbell is not extra.

A pleasant demeanor, walking up several flights of stairs, waiting a long time, or something like that gets a tip.
Reply:Not if you are recieving them!
Reply:No! it's not necessary . The person who is sending flowers has already paid for delivery service.
Reply:if he/she has a good attitude in giving you the flowers...
