FTD.com will alow for same day delivery up until a certain time - which I believe is 2pm in that person's time zone.

advertises that delivery is made by LOCAL florists, so that may help in getting it there today.
The other option is to search the Yellow Pages (on-line) for a Barrington NJ florist and call them directly -- maybe they will accept credit card sales over the phone and deliver today.
